3. Bonus funds are not cash — they can only be used as gaming balance until the wagering requirement is met.
4. If the same promotion is claimed from multiple accounts, both accounts may be cancelled.
5. babo 888 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following applies to use of sports betting, slots, live casino and other game services on the platform:

1. A bet once placed cannot be cancelled or changed; however, if a match is cancelled in specific circumstances, babo 888 will act in accordance with its own policy.
2. Results caused by a technical error may be deemed void, in which case the staked amount will be refunded.
3. Breaking game rules or attempting to gain a pre-arranged advantage with other players is not permitted.
4. If an error or discrepancy is found in any result, babo 888 reserves the right to correct it, even after the fact.
5. Placing bets or playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software is strictly prohibited.

VIP Membership and Rewards Programme

babo 888 operates three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses for that week (total amount wagered minus total winnings). Example: if a Silver tier member's net loss for a week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

Moving from one tier to the next depends on the user's activity. Cashback bonuses may not apply together with other bonuses.

Limitation of Liability

babo 888 does not accept liability in the following circumstances:

1. Loss caused by the user's own negligence or provision of incorrect information.
2. Disruption caused by failure of a third party (internet service provider, mobile network, payment provider).
3. Temporary service disruption due to technical issues or unforeseen events.
4. Unauthorised access to a user's account — if caused by the user's own carelessness.
5. Financial loss arising from gaming or betting: gaming is a risk activity and full responsibility for any loss lies with the user.

Account Suspension and Cancellation

babo 888 may temporarily suspend or permanently cancel an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Use of bots or automated software.
• One person operating multiple accounts.
